Everytime I see this pic, I shudder.
Maybe that's the point.
Yes, unfortunately there many children in Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, Liberia, Bosnia, Rwanda, etc. who have learned the lessons of war, first hand, without the benefit of the Smurfs.
